Our works on the Kings Cross S4 development began in early 2023 with the completion of the benchmark apartment. This allowed all trades involved to gain valuable installation knowledge, as well as design and installation interface experience, whilst ensuring that the client was happy with workmanship and quality.
We are delighted to have now commenced works on the whole development. We are undertaking the supply and installation of approximately 5,360m² of floor tiling across both the private and social rented flats, lift lobbies and ground floor, including a feature staircase, in addition to 169m² of ceramic wall tiling. All tiles are originating from Spain.
